The Agency is pleased to announce that, in connection with our Vendor Service, we will be offering the following services to our Client/Members. We are not a traditional “Brick and Mortar” agency with limited resources; therefore, we can empower and free our Client/Members to determine what is best for them. To that purpose, we offer the services listed below to our Client/Members.

Mediation Services
The Agency is proud to be associated with a number of leading mediators. We have arranged for them to be available at a pre-determined price. This gives our Client/Members the assurance of knowing the cost for negotiated services.
EXAMPLE: Someone has optioned a script. A rewrite is in progress but there are questions about the price. A mediator steps in and assists the parties in finding a mutually agreeable solution.
Legal Representation
Before a deal is complete, there may be legal questions that need to be answered, and documents that need to be drafted and/or reviewed. The Agency has arranged for our Client/Members to acquire representation at a fair price. We want to help our clients control these costs by using GAA-approved Professional Service Providers (PSPs).
EXAMPLE: You are about to sign a contract to act in a play and want to make sure your housing and other expenses are covered but the contract is ambiguous. A lawyer can resolve any confusion.
Feedback and Status Updates
Follow-up and Feedback status is provided without charge to Client/Members. Whenever a Buyer reviews your Synopsis, it is recorded. Any viewings by a perspective Buyer are at the sole discretion and in the control of the Client/Members. The Agency strives to provide and is constantly updating the best tools for our Client/Members to help them bring their work to the broadest range of buyers.
EXAMPLE: You discover your material is being misused. The Agency has a record and can go to bat for you.
Craft Support and Coaching
When advice is needed, we have the PSPs to help. These people are pre-screened to offer you the highest quality.
EXAMPLE: Many writers “Hit the wall” at times and need assistance. This is a common problem and there are PSPs to help.
Synopsis Review
The synopsis (description of your work) is your introduction to a potential Buyer and you want to make it shine. The Agency provides PSPs for Synopsis Review.
EXAMPLE: There can be a great difference between writing a novel, which you have done, or describing your acting career, and summarizing it in a brief, intriguing synopsis. PSPs can help with your presentation in any discipline.
Package Deals
Our Client/Members can become a part of packaging deals which our system will help potential buyers create. Your work and/or talent can effortlessly become part of a potential package deal.
EXAMPLE: Someone is putting together a Las Vegas review. He needs a live band, a stand-up comedian, and twelve dancers to complete his package. We will have them all.
Promotional Services
If you have a special honor, new work, and/or award you wish to highlight, The Agency offers Client/Members the ability to promote themselves on our site. We have made this economical and easy to use, so that you can get noticed quickly and easily.
EXAMPLE: An artist has an article in his hometown newspaper. It has illustrations of his paintings. The website provides a forum to enhance his image and increase his salability.
Representation
Although the Agency is designed for the 21st century, we still offer old-fashioned representation. We is committed to our Client/Members to provide whatever is needed. To that end, when the need arises, we offer our Client/Members personal representation under a separate fee agreement.
EXAMPLE: You are an actor. The star wants you, the director likes you, the audition went well but negotiations have stalled for some reason. Why? The Agency will step in.
Agent required submission
Client/Members may wish to send work and/or talent information to a potential Buyer but need submission through a proper industry-recognized agency. Simply tell us what/when/where your property or talent information is to be sent and the Agency will handle your request.
EXAMPLE: An actor, new in town, wants to send his résumé around. We can facilitate the process.
Form Library
This is a free database of forms for our Client/Members. You may use them to navigate through most entertainment industry procedures. Be advised that the Agency can make no legal guarantees(s) or representation(s), and all negotiations and deals should be properly reviewed by a legal professional.
EXAMPLE: You play the drums and you are filling in with a band that is going on the road. They don't have a contract for you; it's all very informal. Check the Form Library for an appropriate agreement.
